"While we were in the Coffee Shop an elderly couple came and sat at the next table to ours. They both needed help in ordering. I really can't praise the staff enough. The kindness and attention they showed to this couple was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for the ladies serving. I just felt I had to write and let you know. People are often quick enough to complain, but not so quick to praise. I felt very touched. I must also add our sandwiches and coffee were excellent too. I will certainly come again." The most friendly and efficient waitress service you could ever find. Waitresses wear traditional black and white and really take care of their customers. Have been visiting Fields coffee shop for many years and the service is always the same - no one ever seems to have an 'off' day!
